Whereas, the applicants/accused persons named above had filed a bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, before this court through their advocate, seeking bail after arrest. After hearing the ADPP for the state, counsel for complainant and the counsel for the applicant/accused, bail after arrest was granted to the applicants/accused persons in the sum of Rs: 20,000/-each, subject to the furnishing of surety to the satisfaction of this court, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
