Whereas, learned advocate for applicants/accused mentioned above, has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of above named applicant/accused. After hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the applicant/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused before this court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused person be directed to appear before concerned trial court without fail for facing their trial.
