OFFICE OF THE ADDITIONAL DISTRICT & SESSIONS JUDGE I, KHAIRPUR

Subject:         CONVICTION WARRANT

                               WHEREAS, on this 2^nd:   April, 2026 the  accused Sadoro s/o Noor Muhammad Ujjan is hereby convicted under section 265 H(ii) Cr.P.C for offence under section 302 (b) read with section 34 PPC and is sentenced to death as Ta’zir and fine of Rs.100,000/ (Rupees one lac only) and in case of default of payment of fine he shall suffer SI for six months more. The accused shall be hanged by the neck till he is dead; subject to confirmation u/s 374 Cr.P.C. He is also convicted and sentenced U/S 452/34 PPC suffer RI for five (05) years and shall also be liable to pay a fine of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Rupees). In default of payment of fine, he shall undergo a further simple imprisonment of six (6) months with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C.

                              Accused Abdul Rehman s/o Shah Muhammad Ujjan is convicted for the offence under Section 302 (b) r/w section 109 PPC and he is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life for abetting Qatl-e-Amd of Raja Ujjan and fine of Rs.100,000/ (Rupees one lac only) and in case of default of payment of fine he shall suffer SI for six months more.

                             Accused Bahawaluddin s/o Dodo Khan Ujjan and Sajjad @ Bablo s/o Bahawaluddin Ujjan are convicted for the offence under section 302 (b) PPC read with section 34 PPC and sentenced to suffer Imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.100,000/ (Rupees one lac only each accused) and in case of default of payment of fine, they shall suffer SI for six months more with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C.

                             Accused Bahawaluddin s/o Dodo Khan Ujjan and Sajjad @ Bablo s/o Bahawaluddin Ujjan are convicted for the offence under section 452/34 PPC suffer RI for five (05) years and shall also be liable to pay a fine of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Rupees). In default of payment of fine, he shall undergo a further simple imprisonment of six (6) months with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C.

All the four accused named above are also directed to pay compensation to the legal heirs of victim a total sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs only) jointly and severally, in terms of provisions of section 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of default, he shall undergo Six months Simple Imprisonment more. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to the accused to whom applicable.

                         Accused Abdul Rehman, Bahawalduddin and Sajjad @ Bablo are present on bail and they are taken into custody. Their bail bonds are cancelled sureties are discharged. Accused Sadoro Ujjan is in Jail. Let conviction warrant be issued accordingly to concerned jail authority with directions for execution of the sentence above mentioned in accordance with law subject to confirmation of death sentence of accused Sadoro Ujjan as provided u/s 374 Cr.P.C.

                    This is to authorize and require to you the Central Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
