Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 2nd:April, 2026 the accused Sadoro s/o Noor Muhammad Ujjan is found guilty of the offence u/s 24 Sindh Arms Act, 2013 and is convicted and sentenced as under section 265-H (ii) Cr.PC for offence u/s 24 of the Act, 2013 to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period already remained in custody since his arrest and to pay fine of Rs.50,000/ only (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and in case of default of payment of fine, he shall undergo a further simple imprisonment of three (3) months.
This is to authorize and require to you the Central Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
