Whereas, applicant/accused Mansoor son of Muhammad Ilyas by caste Gopang has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 03.04.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.381/2026, U/S 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Mansoor Gopang V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 402,399,353,148,149 PPC arising out of Crime No.67/2025 of Police Station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
