Whereas, Honourable High Court of Sindh bench @ Sukkur granted bail of accused Allah Dinno Sanghar in Cr. BA.No. S-1143 of 2025 Re- Allah Dinno v/s the state subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs, 100,000/(One Lac) with the satisfaction of trial court vide order dated 30-03-2026. Today the required surety has been furnished and applicant/surety Rasool Bux s/o Saindad by caste Sanghar appeared and filed an affidavit origional saving certificates in the sum of Rs, 100,000/- for standing surety of accused named below in the sum of Rs, 100,000 (One Lac) with P.R bond in the like amount which is been provisionally accepted subject verification. You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 24-04-2026 @ 8-30 a,m without fail.
