Whereas, bail has been granted to applicant/accused Deedar son of Hazoor Bakhsh, 02. Ali Akbar son of Sikandar both by caste Khokhar, by this Court in the sum of Rs.30000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court, in Criminal B.A.No.402/2026 re. Deedar Khokhar & another v/s State for offence under section 399, 402, 324, 353, 148-149 PPC, in Police Crime No.21/2026 of P.S A-Section Shahdadkot. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused, which is provisionally accepted.
