                WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.25/2026 U/S 322, 506, 34 PPC of PS Mithi and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One  Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount.

                 And whereas the above named applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of RRs. 100,000/- (Rupees One  Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. 

                You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One  Lac) each with direction to appear before trial Court and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing their signature within two days to this court for record.
