Whereas, applicant/accused namely, Allah Dino son of Saindad by caste Sanghar, who is already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this Court has granted bail of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac) only with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. One deponent namely Rasool Bux son of Saindad by caste Sanghar r/o Village Jumo Sanghar taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for accused named above in the sum of Rs:100,000/-only (Rupees onee lac) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before this court on the date of hearing 22.04.2026 at 8-30 a.m without fail.
