Whereas, applicant/accused namely, Mohsin Ali son of Khadim Hussain by caste Baloch, who is already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has been granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac) only and P.R bond to the satisfication of the trial court vide Cr.B.A No. S-207/2026 Re Mohsin Ali V/S The State. One deponent namely Allah Diwayo son of Allah Dino Khan by caste Ghoto r/o Village Abdullah Ghoto taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for accused named above in the sum of Rs:100,000/-( Rupees one lac) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before this court on the date of hearing 20.04.2026 at 8-30 a.m without fail.
