Whereas, accused namely Allah Dino s/o Karim Bux, by caste Malik, who is confined in your jail custody under the remand in above mentioned crime (who was remanded to jail custody for want of surety) subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:5000/- and P.R bond in the like amount. One deponent namely Gul Hassan s/o Allah Dino by caste Malik, r/o village Gul Hassan Malik, Taluka Khangarh, District Ghotki, stood surety for above named accused in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in other case/crime.
