Subject:         RELEASE WRIT 

                   Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused     Fayaz @ Moor  S/o Ahmed Shaikh before this Court in below case and crime. And after hearing the advocate for applicant/ accused & ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/ accused furnished. One Fida Hussain S/O Ahmed Ali Shaikh R/o Buth Muhalla Taluka & District Dadu is present and stood surety for below named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/ accused Fayaz @ Moor  S/o Ahmed Shaikh from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
