SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED HAFEEZULLAH S/O MUHAMMAD QASIM, PATHAN IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1003/2026, (HAFEEZULLAH VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.72/2026 OF P/STATION TANDO JAM, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 23-1(a) SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused HAFEEZULLAH S/O MUHAMMAD QASIM, PATHAN and upon hearing Mr.Arsalan Ali Arain, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Syed Sajid Qutub Ali Shah, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one NASARULLAH S/O MUHAMMAD NAEEM has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused HAFEEZULLAH S/O MUHAMMAD QASIM, PATHAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before this/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30a.m positively until final disposal of case.
