Whereas, the above named accused remanded to your jail under the warrant before this court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application and upon hearing Mr. Syed Abu Bakar Shah, Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-each and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said appellant/accused named above his/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court. Accused is directed to attend Court hearing on 20-04- 2026.
