Whereas the proceedings in the above-mentioned case have been kept in abeyance against the accused named below, till the appearance of the complainant and private witnesses, subject to the furnishing of a solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lac Rupees only) and a Personal Recognizance (PR) bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, vide order dated 13-04-2026. Accused has now furnished the required surety, which has been accepted.
