Whereas, below named applicant/accused was involved in the offences punishable u/s 279,427 PPC and the said sections are bailable. Thus, the accused was granted bail subject to furnish surety in the sum of Rs 50,000 with PR bond of like amount and failed to submit required surety and he was remanded to judicial custody vide order dated 17-4-2026 in above mentioned crime. Today, required surety has been submitted on behalf of accused.
