The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
Whereas, convicts/accused below-named were convicted by this Court vide Judgment dated 06.04.2019 and were sentenced for section 302(b) PPC for life imprisonment and was directed to pay Rs.300,000/- each as envisaged under section 544-A Cr.PC to LRs of deceased and whereas below-named accused/convicts preferred the appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Sukkur Bench, Sukkur against the said Judgment of this Court and same appeal was dismissed and Judgment of this Court was maintained vide Judgment dated 18.03.2022 passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Sukkur Bench, Sukkur, Sukkur.
And whereas, below-named convicted prisoners have preferred appeal against the said Judgments before Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan and their appeal has been allowed by Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan and judgment dated 06.04.2019 passed by this Court and judgment dated 18.03.2022 passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh Sukkur Bench, Sukkur have been set aside and petitioners/accused below-named have been acquitted of the charge while giving them benefit of doubt vide Judgment dated 13.04.2026( The copy of Judgment alongwith R & Ps of case are received through Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Kamber-Shahdadkot).
You are therefore hereby directed to release the below-named convict prisoners forthwith in the case/crime mentioned-below, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court.
