SUBJECT:    RELEASE OF ACCUSED(S) (1) MST. FOZIA W/O RAHIB B/C GOLA (2) MST. ZAHIDA W/O GULZAR B/C SARKI IN CRIME NO. 16/2026 OF POLICE STATION  SITE HYDERABAD U/S 9(2),(6)(C) SINDH CNS ACT 2024.

Whereas, the above cited Cr. B.A was filed before the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused(s) (1) MST. FOZIA W/O RAHIB B/C GOLA (2) MST. ZAHIDA W/O GULZAR B/C SARKI and upon hearing Mr. Mian Taj Muhammad Keerio, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Altaf Hussain Khokhar, DPG Sindh, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide Order dated 21.04.2026 received under endorsement letter No. 4000 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one surety  namely Rahib Ali has stood surety for the applicant/accused.

 You are therefore, directed and required to release accused (1) MST. FOZIA W/O RAHIB B/C GOLA (2) MST. ZAHIDA W/O GULZAR B/C SARKI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned  Court on the date of hearing viz.13.05.2026 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
