WHEREAS, the advocate for above named accused has filed bail application u/s: 497-Cr.P.C before this Court, after hearing bail Application has been granted to accused above named, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) with P.R bond in the like amount.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case by any other Court. The P.R bond, of the accused is sent herewith, and returns the same after obtaining the signature/LTI on it. The accused be directed to appear before trial Court on next date of hearing viz 11.05.2026 without fail.
