One deponent namely Aijaz Hussain s/o Mehmood Faqeer by caste Chachar, r/o village Adilpur, Taluka and Distr ;ict Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he/they is/are no more required in some other custody case/crime.
