Whereas, the above named applicant/accused has been granted bail in the above case/crime by this Court subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with P.R bond in like amount. Required surety has been furnished and accepted.
You are, therefore, hereby directed/authorized to release the accused named above involved in above mentioned crime/case forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court and taken P.R bond from accused persons.
Now the matter is fixed on 01.06.2026 and you are required to inform the accused about date of hearing. The Superintendent District Jail, Sanghar is directed to submit P.R bond of accused before this Court without fail.
