WHEREAS, the advocate for above named accused has filed bail application u/s: 497-Cr.P.C before this Court, after hearing bail Application has been granted to accused above named, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 10,000/- (Ten thousand rupees) with P.R bond in the like amount.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case by any other Court.
