WHEREAS, the below named convicted accused was sent to your custody under the conviction warrant of Learned Civil Judge and J.M-I/MTMC Kandhkot. The said accused has been granted bail by this court in Crl. appeal No.06/2024 vide order dated:-16-04-2024, subject to furnishing surety in the shape of security in sum of Rs:30,000/- & P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
