The required furnished furnished by the applicant/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Imdad Hussain son of Abdul Rasheed by caste Mahar r/o Village Muhammad Mithal Mahar taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicants/accused named above in the sum of Rs:30,000/- only( Rupees thirty thousand) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
