Whereas, in above said case/crime bail of above named accused granted by Honourable High Court circuit court Mirpurkhas subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with P.R bond in the like amount before trail court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused before this court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused persons on it. Accused be directed to appear before concerned trial court without fail for facing their trial.
