Whereas bail has been granted by the Court of Honourable Additional Sessions Judge-I (MCTC) Sanghar in criminal bail application No.634/2026 vide order dated 21.05.2026 subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs.20,000/- along with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court. The required surety has been furnished in behalf of the above named accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed to release the above named accused (If he is not required in any other custody case by any court). The P.R bond of the accused is attached here with for obtaining signatures/LTI, with the direction that same may be returned to this court for record.
