Whereas, accused namely Asif Ali s/o Khadim Hussain, by caste Kolachi, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections, has been granted bail by this court subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (Ten thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this court. One deponent namely Zafar Ali s/o Khadim Khan, by caste Kolachi, r/o Mohalla Ghota Market Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has provisionally been accepted.
