Surety/Deponent namely Bashir Ahmed son of Arbab Ali by caste Channo, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been provisionally accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, he is no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 5,000/- (five thousands) only with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
