Whereas, applicant/accused namely, Sikiladho son of Mir Hassan @ Ameeran by caste Shar, who is already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only (Rupees fifty thousand) only and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished by the applicant/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Saleem son of Mir Hassan by caste Shar r/o Village Fakir Muhammad Shar taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicant/accused named above in the sum of Rs:50,000/- only ( Rupees fifty thousand) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been Provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before this court in the above noted case/crime on the date of haring viz 02.06.2026 at 8-30 a.m without fail.
