Whereas; the Advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed an application u/s 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above crime No.08/2024 U/Ss 324, 337-F(i) PPC of P.S Kaloi and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state has granted bail in the sum ofRs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac)with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) with directions to join investigation and appear before the trial court when and where he is required and return the P.R bond with endorsement after causing their signatures within two days to this court for record.
