Whereas, the applicant/accused namely Muhammad Haneef S/O Madad Ali by caste Bhanbhan was involved in bail application No. 06/2026 Stv. Muhammad Haneef, for offence U/s 23(i)(a) Sindh Arms Act, Crime No. 130/2026 of P.S Mirwah, and the court has admitted the above named accused to bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- to (In wards thirty thousand only) vide order dated 08.06.2026. However, the above named accused has furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore, directed to release above named accused forthwith, he is not required in any other case, after obtaining the PR bond from the accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/. And send the PR bond &certify the execution of the release writ within three days.
