Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & J.M-Faiz Ganj in aforementioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. J.K Jarwar Advocate for the said applicant/accused and DPG for the State, has ordered that the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
