The required furnished by the applicant/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Sadoro Khan son of Muhammad Bux by caste Gadani r/o Village Khuda Bux Gadani Taluka Khangrah and District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicant/accused named above in the sum of Rs:50,000/- only ( Rupees fifty thousand) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
