Whereas, accused namely Mashooque Ali son of Muhammad Nawaz, by caste Rind, has been granted bail in the above case/crime, in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (one lac) only and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Muhammad Younis son of Jind Wado by caste Rind, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been provisionally accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, he is no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (one lac) only with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
