Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the below named accused persons filed bail application before this Court which was allowed to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Hundred Thousand rupees each ) and P.R Bond In the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 20.05.2026, as accused have furnished required surety, which is accepted today.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused persons forthwith from your custody, if they are not required in any other case/crime, with direction to below named accused persons to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz: 17.06.2026 at 8.30 am . The P.R Bond to be obtained and submit the same before this Court onor before the date of hearing without fail.
