Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Sajid son of Jamal Khan by caste Khoso vide order dated 09-06-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.709/2026 Re-Sajid Khoso vs. The State for the offence under section 24 SAA of 2013, arising out of Crime No.18/2026 of PP Dost Ali PS Drigh, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before trial Court positively.
