Whereas, applicant/accused namely, Farhan son of Talib Hussain by caste Kalwar , who is already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- only (Rupees twenty thousand) only and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished by the applicant/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Iftikhar Ahmed son of Khan Muhammad by caste Kalwar r/o Village Habibullah Tart P.O Rounti taluka Ubaro and District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicant/accused named above in the sum of Rs:20,000/- only ( Rupees twenty thousand) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
