Whereas, applicant/accused namely, (01) Mansoor son of Peer Bux and (02) Zaheer son of Nazeer Ahmed both by caste Kalwar, who are already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each (Rupees twenty thousand) each and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished by the applicants/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely (01) Ambia d/o Khan Muhammad by caste Kalwar r/o Village Muhammad Siddique Kalwar taluka Mirpur Mathelo and District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicant/accused namely (01) Mansoor Ali son of Pir Bux Kalwar stood surety for applicant/accused Mansoor Kalwar and an other (02) deponent namely Sanaullah son of Allah Rakhio by caste Kalwar, has stood surety for applicant/accused Zaheer Ahmed Kalwar in the sum of Rs:20,000/- each ( Rupees twenty thousand) each only & P.R bond in the like amount, which have been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if they are no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking their P.R bonds in the like amount with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
