Whereas, the applicant/accused namely Mujeeb Rehman S/O Wajood Ali Manganhar was involved in bail application No. 22/2026 Stv. Mujeeb Rehman for offence U/s 8-Mainpuri Gutka Act, Crime No. 71/2026 of P.S Mirwah, and the court has admitted the above named accused to bail in the sum of Rs. 100,00/- (In wards ten thousand only) vide order dated 16.06.2026. However, the above named accused has furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this Court and fixed on 23-.06.2026 at 8:00 A.M.
You are therefore, directed to release above named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case, after obtaining the PR bond from the accused in the sum of Rs. 100,00/. And send the PR bond &certify the execution of the release writ within three days.
