Whereas, the UTPs/accused Aijaz son of Dhani Bux and Imran son of Liaquat Ali both by caste Mugheri have been acquitted under section 265-H (i) Cr. P.C by this Court vide Judgment dated 17.06.2026 passed in Sessions Case No.164/2024 titled State versus Aijaz Ali Mugheri & antoher for the offence punishable under section 342, 395 PPC, arising out of Crime No.58/2024 of PS Kamber city.
You are hereby directed to release the above named UTPs/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case.
