Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the Honourable High court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to allow the Cr. Jail Appeal No. D-55 /2024 vide order dated: 09.06.2026 in below mentioned case/crime. The impugned judgment dated 13.06.2024. in which below named convict was convicted and sentence to imprisonment for (10) years awarded by this court has been partly modified and the sentence awarded to him is reduced to the period already undergone, including payment of fine, if any. however, the appellant shall remain liable to pay Daman of Rs. 50000/- to the injured/victim in five equal installments within a period of two years. Whereas convict has paid the amount of Daman Rs. 50000/- before this court.
You are, therefore, directed/authorized to release the below named convict in below mentioned case/crime forthwith if they are not required in any other custody case/crime in compliance of the judgment of the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Cicuit Court Larkana.
