Whereas, this Court has granted bail to applicants/accused namely Abu Bakar S/o Ghulam Rasool by caste Channa and 2.Abdul Waheed S/o Ghulam Sarwar by caste Shambani, upon furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount. The applicants/accused have furnished the required surety before this Court, which has been accepted today.
