Whereas, the below named accused has been admitted to bail by the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Kashmore at Kandhkot in B.A No. 83/2024 Re- Lashar alias Babo vs The State bearing Crime No. 66/2024 for offences punishable under sections 457, 380 & 381-A PPC of PS A-Section Kandhkot vide order dated 19.04.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (in words thirty thousand rupees) & P.R bond in the like-wise amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused and same is accepted.
