Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Imran son of Liaquat by caste Mugheri vide order dated 08-06-2024 in Crl. Bail Application No.709/2024 filed in Sessions Case No.229/2024 titled State versus Imran Mugheri & antoher for the offence under section 324, 506/2, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.66/2024 of PS Kamber city, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 29.06.2026 at 08-30 am positively.
