The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
Whereas, convicts/accused below-named was convicted by this Court vide Judgment dated 15.02.2021 and was sentenced for section 302(b) PPC for death sentence as Tazir and was directed to pay Rs.500,000/- as envisaged under section 544-A Cr.PC to LRs of deceased and whereas below-named accused/convict preferred the appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana against the said Judgment of this Court and same appeal was dismissed and Judgment of this Court was maintained vide Judgment dated 11.07.2023 passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana.
And whereas, below-named convicted prisoner have preferred appeal against the said Judgments before Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan and his appeal has been allowed by Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan and judgment dated 15.02.2021 passed by this Court and judgment dated 11.07.2023 passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Larkana have been set aside and petitioner/accused below-named has been acquitted of the charge while giving them benefit of doubt vide Judgment dated 11.06.2026( The copy of Judgment alongwith R & Ps of case are received through Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Kamber-Shahdadkot).
You are therefore hereby directed to release the below-named convict prisoners forthwith in the case/crime mentioned-below, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court.
