Whereas, this court announced judgement dated: 17-04-2024, in which below named accused were convicted u/s: 245 (ii) Cr.PC in which accused were directed to pay compenssation ammount to injured PWs and accused were sent to your jail vide this office letter No: 194/2024 dated: 17-04-2024.
Today i.e 22-04-2024, compensation ammount of Rs: 70,000/- and fine amout Rs: 18000 deposited by the below named accused through their advocate. The same are accepted by this court and handed over to injured PWs.
