Whereas, the following named accused whom you hold in your jail custody in the above cited case/crime. Today this Court has ordered to release the accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and PR bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted.
You are hereby required and authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court, without fail.
