Deponent namely Waqas Ahmed son of Wakeel Ahmed by caste Malik r/o Mohalla Allah Abad Taluka Ubauro has filed his affidavit along with original defence saving certificate and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety of accused 1. Sultan @ Moro son of Jumo and 2. Makhno son of Jumo both by caste Shar in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount and 2. Deponent namely Motbar son of Hazaro by caste Kosh r/o Wasti Jeewan Shah Taluka Ubaruo has filed his affidavit along with original defence saving certificate and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety of accused Sachal @ Sachlo son of Gudo @ Karim Dino by caste Shar in the sum of Rs:50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, which have been provisionally accepted by this court, respectively.
You are hereby required to release them forth-with in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required in some other case/crime, after receipt and further directed them to appear before this court on the date of hearing Viz. 07-07-2026 at 08-30, am .
