WHEREAS, appellants/accused (01) Asif Ali @ Asif son of Anwar @ Anwar Ali, (2). Munwar son of Ghulam Sarwar @ Sarwar (3). Ali Anwar @ Anwar son of Allah Bux (4). Nisar Ahmed @ Nisar son of Ghulam Sarwar @ Sarwar (5). Sadam Hussain @ Sadam son of Allah Warayo (6).Muhammad Ayoub @ Ayoub son of Ghulam Nabi @ Arbab (7). Janib Ali @ Jani son of Mohabbat, All by caste Chandio R/o village Mehmood Khan Chandio Taluka Ubauro, District Ghotki, whom you hold into your jail custody under the conviction warrant of Learned Civil Judge and J.M (MTMC)-II Ghotki vide his office Letter No.452/2026 Dated 20.06.20265 and the appellants/accused have preferred the appeal before this Court along with application u/s 426 Cr.P.C order on it, hence operation of impurgned judgment is suspended and in consequent to that suspension all the accused are hereby granted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished by the appellants/accused which has been accepted and one deponent namely Saeed Ahmed son of Shah Muhammad by caste Chandio r/o Village Kouro Khan Chandio taluka Ubauro District Ghotki, has stood surety for appellants/accused named above in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each (Rupees fifty thousand) each & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named appellants/accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if they are no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking their P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before this Court on the date of hearing viz 08.07.2026 at 900 a.m without fail.
