Whereas, learned counsel for above named applicants/accused have been filed a criminal bail application NO. S-96/2026 Ibrahim & another, U/S: 497 Cr.P.C before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, in the above mentioned case/crime and after hearing the arguments the Honourable High Court has granted bail to above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Trial Court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused, in the above mentioned case/crime, if, they are not required in any other case/crime. The P.R bond of the applicants/accused are enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after obtaining the signatures/LTI of applicants/accused on it. The accused are directed to attend before this court on 10-07-2026 at 08.30 A.M.
